For the moderator
Under a minute. Replace the highlighted line with your keynote topic. Please don't read a long CV; the introduction does the work.
Think about your own organization for a second. The numbers are holding. The meetings are happening. Everyone is busy. And still, nothing really moves. Our next speaker has spent her career on why that happens. She spent fifteen years at Google, where she watched Project Aristotle land and coached Google leaders on putting its findings to work. The answer surprised everyone. It was not talent, and it was not strategy. It was whether people felt safe enough to take the risk of saying what they really thought. Telling people to speak up doesn't create that. Leaders do, by changing what makes it risky. Today she is going to talk about [the topic of your keynote]. She will name what most rooms quietly avoid, and show us where the movement starts. Please welcome, Daniela Landherr.
Denken Sie an Ihre eigene Organisation.

Keynotes
Why your busiest teams are often your most stuck.
The patterns that quietly stall capable organizations: the agreements no one means, the decisions that dissolve into alignment, the risks no one takes. And how leaders interrupt them.
Best for executive teams, leadership offsites, transformation programs and strategy resets.
It isn't talent that makes teams win. It's safety.
What Google's published research found about effective teams, what it takes to put it into practice, and why capable people go quiet, told through Daniela's penguin story.*
Best for conferences and summits, leadership and culture programs and organization-wide events.
Pressure doesn't build a team. It reveals it.
What happens to trust, candor and decisions when the stakes spike, drawing on a leadership simulation run with the Swiss Armed Forces.
Best for executive retreats, boards at high stakes, transformation and post-crisis teams.
* Project Aristotle is Google research. Daniela Landherr is not affiliated with Google.
