About the author
Daniela Landherr
Daniela spent 15 years at Google, last as Head of Talent Engagement EMEA, where she also coached leaders of large Google organizations on psychological safety. In 2022 she founded The Human Space. She is a keynote speaker on psychological safety and high-performing teams, a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a Fearless Organization practitioner, and studied at INSEAD and Stanford.
